If you have persistent leakage from the cylinders and head of a CB750F2, check this list:

To be important:

At the base gasket:
4 Orings for the oil return (no pressure, is to seal the return)
2 O-rings for the oil "forward", so 4 bar pressure is important

At the head gasket:
2 O-rings for the oil "forward", so 4 bar pressure is important
4 rubber bushings for the knock pins (no pressure, is to seal the return)

At the camshaft:
6 Coin Drops (no pressure but important)
4 small O-rings under the "cam-towers" - if these leak you will lose pressure on the camshaft, but you will have no leakage
4x seal washer: VERY important. These must be above the 4 O rings that are attached to the base gasket. On top of this are (closed) cap nuts.

I can't think of anything else, but I may have forgotten something.

Pay particular attention to open threads: oil on one side, air on the other.
Oil can run out along the thread.
